I loved the food and the attentive service. Everything would have been perfect. But one of the waiters and another person who looked like the owner spoiled my evening a little. There was a wonderful rookie waiter, friendly, fast, honest, and eager to work. But then another, much older waiter appeared who, instead of helping, attacked him with everything the rookie did. But sometimes he even did it better than the older one. He criticized him constantly, even in front of the customers. The rookie gave him what was left over from the change on his tray when we left. He even shared it, leaving it on his tray. He put it on the bar with the receipt. For all the words and scoldings, he had a kind word. Mr. Boss, if you want a good worker, teach him what he doesn't know how to do and reward the one the customers appreciate. And if you have a long-time worker, Relax him and put him in a place where he doesn't trample on the new staff. Business won't improve that way. And with that cook and your waiters, you have a very special place. Calm down. And if you do, you won't have any competition. But the attention and kindness I received today have been unmatched in few places. We're not from the capital of Almería.

My partner and I wanted to go to a seafood restaurant near the hotel, and we found this one. The food was good, in my opinion a bit pricey for the portions. The service was decent, although they seemed to be very attentive to you. If you like that, fine, we preferred to be left alone for a while. The atmosphere was the worst, as we heard some comments from the staff shouting at each other or the owner to talk instead of actually speaking to each other. We tried the fried shrimp, four scallops, the anchovies in vinegar with potatoes and aioli, and the baby cuttlefish with its ink and garlic. Everything was very good, but, as we said, considering the price, we thought the portions were small on almost everything.
